Stress, and How to Handle it … Before it Handles You!
Stress is a problem. It always has been, but was only recognized in the form of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in 1980 by the American Psychiatric Association. Its cause is often said to be from a low level of the hormone “Cortisol,” but recent research has concluded this as not being a significant correlation.
A very recent issue of the Huffington Post, they discuss 8 of the Worst Picks for When You’re Feeling Anxious. I notice here they ONLY talk about what NOT to use, and in one example they refer to Coffee with various Sweeteners. Personally I find coffee is a wonderful substance to smooth out the rough ends of each and every day. But I never add sugar or any other sweetener.
